Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight, value and destination of your order. All deliveries can be tracked.

If you are based in Northern and Central Europe you will get free shipping when your order value exceeds 600SEK (approx 60EUR).

If you are based in Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Croatia or Greece) you will get free shipping when your order value exceeds 800SEK (approx 80EUR).

Delivery destinations

We ship directly from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. We deliver to the following countries in the EU. There are no customs between EU-countries and VAT is already included in the price for the products.

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Portugal.


We use Asendia who operates via Swiss Post, and Postnord who is the Swedish postal service. If you are based in Denmark or Finland you will receive your package with Postnord.

Your order will be delivered to your mail box provided that it fits. If the package is too big for your mail box it will be delivered to your nearest pick-up spot. You will receive tracking notifications along the way and will know exactly when and where you can pick-up your package.

Delivery times

Delivery times differ between countries but are usually 1-3 working days.

Unclaimed packages

The time a package will be stored at the pick-up spot varies between countries. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us eventually. If you do not claim your package we will charge you a €15 fee that will be deducted from your refund total to cover our costs for the return shipment.
