Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility (unopened & unused only)
For health and safety reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them (yep, returning used soap is a no-go 🙅). A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email returns@bohobeauty.shop to request a Return Authorization. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (prepaid by you; we do not provide free return labels).

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to help cover handling, sanitation controls, and repackaging.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used items (including soaps and personal care goods)

Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom/personalized products

Hazardous materials, flammables, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about a specific item, reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest method is to return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off (for EU deliveries)
If your order ships into the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. (Note: Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a 20% restocking fee applies to discretionary returns. Statutory rights for defective products remain unaffected.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
