Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You’ll receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (like holidays or product launches), processing times may extend slightly. Each Boho Beauty product is handmade or hand-packed with care — we take our time to make sure your order arrives just right. 💛


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS. Typical delivery times are:

We don’t currently offer international shipping (coming soon!).


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses are unfortunately out of our control.

If your package seems delayed or missing, please first check your tracking information. If it still hasn’t moved after 7 business days, email info@bohobeauty.shop and we’ll help investigate.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bohobeauty.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.


Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for UPS orders.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories (please contact us for exceptions).


Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

If you need to change it, email info@bohobeauty.shop within 12 hours of placing your order — after that, we may not be able to intercept the shipment.


 

Returns & Exchanges Reminder

Returns are accepted only if items are unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
